When is my pre-order item going to be shipped?
The pre-order items are scheduled to be shipped out in early to mid-august.

I ordered a pre-order item and a regular item, when will they be shipped?
Orders with pre-order items will be shipped out according to the pre-order items' schedule.

Can I combine my current order with a previous one that hasn't shipped yet?
Please contact me with your order numbers. Usually, if your package hasn't been packed yet, it can be combined. Please note that shipping may be delayed!

Will you restock ___ item?
